Our estimates include the cost of labor, materials and all taxes. Change orders will only be used when and if something was added by the customer or something that was impossible to foresee before demolition began. No change order is ever made without discussing it with the customer first.

No. Permits are for the protection of the homeowner and are generally required for many plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and all structural remodels or additions. Remodels that are cosmetic in nature i.e. new cabinets, paint, non structural walls, do not generally require a permit.

If permits are needed, we will obtain those for you and include the cost into your contract. We want you to have as little to worry about as possible.

Yes. We cover all non construction areas and clean up any tools along with trash and any excess materials.

The size and complexity of your project will determine how long the job will take. When going over final plans with you, a written schedule will be provided and adhered to as best as possible. There are almost always surprises during construction and after demo that may delay the project, but we will always keep you in the loop. We do our best to get in and out of your home as quickly as possible.

Start dates will always depend upon the material availability and the size of the job. Plans and/or permits along with what type of preparation is necessary, can also be a factor in determining the initial date of service. This information will be discussed during the initial consultation and in general, we only start jobs after all available material is accounted for.
